Terms & Conditions – jl96b Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl96b ("jl96b," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jl96b website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at jl96b.cam.

By accessing the jl96b platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. jl96b reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or closure.

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on jl96b, you must register for an account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jl96b platform. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at jl96b's discretion, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl96b login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You agree to notify jl96b's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jl96b will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.1 Deposits

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jl96b platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

jl96b offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

By placing a wager on jl96b, you acknowledge that:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using jl96b for any fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker rooms, or live dealer tables;

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting jl96b support to attempt resolution. Chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms, and any outstanding balance in the affected account will be offset against the chargeback amount;
• Identity Misrepresentation: Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification;

• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the jl96b platform;
• Use jl96b's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

jl96b's total aggregate liability to any player for direct damages arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit jl96b's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

jl96b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• jl96b has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• A self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order is applicable to the player;
• Continuation of the account relationship would expose jl96b to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The player has requested account closure.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, jl96b reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where closure is initiated by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time.

jl96b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — jl96b will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account.

Your continued use of the jl96b platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The jl96b platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which has supervisory and regulatory jurisdiction over the platform's gaming operations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
